With the popularization of computer technology, computer drawing replaced the previous manual drawing.

2. Mold making

The software imports the designed drawings for 3D modeling or editing. After that, we carve on the mold by machine.

We dug into the mold to let the raw material flow into it. Doing this improves the product's smoothness.

We polish the mold step by step, then polish smaller corners, letters and the edge.

Put the mold on the machine, adjust the position and pressure, and check samples before mass production.

Polishing the edge and the surface of the front and backside of the products to make them smooth.

Clean the surface after polishing, plate requested colors, then protect the electroplated coatings.

Remove products with bubbles, watermarks or off-color surface finishes.

We fill enamel color according to Pantone Solid Coated and clean the surfaces after filling.
