Yes we are original production factory with whole complete procedures from artwork to shipping

2.If we want medals, what information should we have to you?

We can have price for your reference when you have artwork(logo)with size,thickness,attachments information to us

3.What should we do after approving the your price?

Send us your artwork(or logo),vetor artwork is the best, such as AI,cdr.,PDF format. We will make a production artwork for your approval before go to production.When it is 3D. we also have 3D details for your approval, Meanwhile, we will have a pro-forma invoice for your payment reference.

4.How long to get a pre-production sample?

Normal samples time is 5-7 days but longer when it is special or complex

5.How long to get 200-500 medals

It is usually 12-15 days

6.What is your MOQ?

We have no MOQ, welcome any quantity

7.How do you ensure every product is in good quality? Do you have QC before shipping

Yes we have QC before every procedure to make sure good quality to the next procedure and the last QC is before packaging.

8.Do you have any certification?

We are ISO 9001:2015, SEDEX and Goverment Environmental Protection certificated

9.What do we need to do to receive the goods, will need a lot of documents?

We ship goods with door-to-door service ,you just need to sign for receiving

10.If we are in Europe, how long will we receive the goods

We ship by official DHL, FedEx, TNT. It takes 3-5 days to your address.They are timing guaranteed.
