4.How long to get a pre-production sample of awards medals?
We are a professional custom medals supplier; the average sample time for custom medals is 5-7 days but longer when it is unique or complex. But we need two days for our stock medal samples.
5.How long to get 200-500pcs personalised medals

10.If we are in Europe, how long will we receive the goods
As a professional medal manufacturer and medal supplier in China, we usually send medals by express.
The carriers are DHL, FedEx, and TNT. DHL and FedEx priority services are rapid; it only takes 3- 5 days to get to Europe, North America, Oceania, and Australia.
If you choose FedEx economy and TNT services, it takes 6-10 days. The express transportation option is very convenient.
The courier will send the medals to your designated office or home. And we provide tracking numbers to customers so that they can trace them to see where the parcels are.
When your medal quantities are large and the weight is 150kg or above. Meanwhile, if time is enough(1.5-2 months for transportation time), you are suggested to have them shipped by train (for most European countries) or by boat.
This will save a lot of transportation costs. The customized medals will arrive at the designated port, and you can choose to pick up the goods or have a door-to-door delivery service.
