There are many different plating colors for your choice, shiny gold/silver/copper, antique gold/silver/copper, spray black, white or other colors.
The ribbon has three categories: sublimated ribbon, one color printing ribbon, woven single or stripe colors ribbon.

Color filling

There are many kinds of colors such as soft enamel, imitation hard enamel, glitter color, transparency color, or glow in the dark color for your choice.

When we are making product drawings, we mark the color number with the national Pantone PMS number. We adjust the paint according to these color numbers, and the color of the paint can be exactly the same as that of our color card after being adjusted.

Making ribbon

Our own ribbon workshop makes woven ribbons, stripes ribbons, printing ribbons and also sublimation ribbons.

The usual length of the ribbon is 800/850/900mm or longer.

The usual width of the ribbon is 20/25/38mm or wider.

Quality control after filled colors

This is our QC line, after enameling and before packaging, our QC workers need to check the quality one by one, to make sure no texts or parts missing, colors are correct or no colors flow out.
