This sports‑themed lapel pin is die‑cast from high‑quality zinc alloy for baseball game events. It adopts bold 3D embossed craftsmanship combined with hard enamel filling. Raised 3D relief vividly shapes baseball player figures, while hard enamel brings rich, solid colours for team uniforms, venue scenery and event texts. Complex multi‑figure layouts and irregular custom outlines can be perfectly realised by precision moulding.

Hard enamel paint is filled into recessed grooves and cured at high temperature. Color filling
There are many kinds of colors such as soft enamel, imitation hard enamel, glitter color, transparency color, or glow in the dark color for your choice.
When we are making product drawings, we mark the color number with the national Pantone PMS number. We adjust the paint according to these color numbers, and the color of the paint can be exactly the same as that of our color card after being adjusted.
Making ribbon
Our own ribbon workshop makes woven ribbons, stripes ribbons, printing ribbons and also sublimation ribbons.
The usual length of the ribbon is 800/850/900mm or longer.
The usual width of the ribbon is 20/25/38mm or wider.
Quality control after filled colors
This is our QC line, after enameling and before packaging, our QC workers need to check the quality one by one, to make sure no texts or parts missing, colors are correct or no colors flow out.
